Hail Cesar is an autobiographic comic written in Spanish where Torner, the author, presents real, magical and dreamful situations about a gourmet-post grunge-gamer-
drawer in company of his friends, family and others.

A space where the author gets rid of all the stress, frustration and joy coming
from daily, social and working routines. A lot of what is said here could be
true, lie or fantasy; but at the end you have the last word.

Join Torner on each of his situations and don’t resist the craving of getting the
munchies after reading it, or on the other side you might as well just add some
milk.

We hope you enjoy this tornado of non-sense!

Hail Cesar was created by Cesar Torner: designer, illustrator and founder of
Lithium Comic Studio, working for national and international brand labels
such as Grupo Reforma, TimeBee, Avantel, Pepsico, ITESM, etc. Also
participating as colorist for Marvel Comics, Sports Illustrated and national
editorials.

He actually lives in the city of Monterrey, N.L. Mx

Tinkers of the Wasteland

Tinkers of the Wasteland is a story based on a post-apocalyptic world where the disaster wasn’t man-made. Meteorites fell down all around the planet destroying most of the important cities and their surroundings (but this isn’t important at all).

Chickens are an important resource here, and all people want them at all cost. Mila and Splitter are gonna be involved in different adventures along the story to keep breathing and trying to survive among hostile people, radioactive hazards, mutants and specially an eccentric leader of the enemy clan. Nobody knows how this’s gonna end, even the author himself.

Tinkers of the Wasteland is drawn and written by Raul Trevino, who is a Mad Max movie fan working in the comic industry for more than 9 years.

As a colorist he has been hired by companies such as Marvel Comics, DC Comics, EA Entertainment, Dark Horse, Les Humanoïdes Associés and Glénat. As an author he has worked for Norma Editorial (Spain), where he wrote and illustrated his trilogy “The Dance of the Conquest.”

However, rather than thinking of this as a way of self-publishing a comic (not a comic strip), we like to think of this as the process of producing a comic that’s still developing.

Unlike a comic strip, where each update consists of an auto-conclusive situation for the characters, this comic, like any other comic book of course, aims to tell a story —but over time, so be patient!
